Hat Height – Mess Stitch Pattern

Round 8: Ch 2. Dc in back loop only, ch 1, skip 1 stitch. *Dc in back loop, ch 1, skip 1 stitch* repeat around. Join. (42 dc)

Round 9: Sl st into ch-1 space. Ch 2. Dc in ch-1 space, ch 1, skip dc. Repeat around. Join.

Rounds 10–14: Repeat Round 9.

Round 15: Ch 2. Work 3 dc into each ch-1 space around. Join. (126 dc)

Round 16: Ch 2. *5 dc, 2 dc in next stitch* repeat around. Join. (147 dc)

Finishing
