we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped. It is for all Crochet KIT / Crochet Products.

Damaged or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the package. We will review and do our best to resolve the issue.

For crochet patterns, tutorials, and other digital downloads, all sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are provided once the digital product is delivered.
