Crochet Tulip Headband – Written Pattern

Row 1: Foundation & Base Row (White Yarn)

• Make a slip knot.
• Chain 67 (chain count must be a multiple of 3 + 1).
• Chain 2, skip 3 chains.
• In the 4th chain, make 1 half double crochet (HDC).
• Make 1 HDC in each chain across.
• Total stitches: 68 HDC (including starting chain 2).
• Chain 1 and fasten off, leaving a tail for weaving.

Row 2: V Stitch Row (Green Yarn)

• Attach green yarn to the second chain of Row 1.
• Chain 3 (counts as first DC).
• Skip 2 stitches.
• In the next stitch, make a V stitch: (DC, chain 1, DC).
• Skip 2 stitches, repeat V stitch in every 3rd stitch.
• Continue until 3 stitches remain.
• In the last stitch, make 1 DC (border stitch).
• Chain 1 and fasten off.

Row 3: Tulip Popcorn Stitch (Pink Yarn)

• Attach pink yarn at the top of the chain 3 from Row 2.
• Chain 3 (border stitch).
