R9: (1 sc, dec) x 6 (12)

Stuff the base

R10: BLO - 1 sc in each st (12)
R11: 1 sc in each st (12)
R12: (2 sc, inc) x 4 (16)
R13: (3 sc, inc) x 4 (20)
R14: (4 sc, inc) x 4 (24)
R15–17: 1 sc in each st (24)
R18: (4 sc, dec) x 4 (20)
R19: (3 sc, dec) x 4 (16)
R20: (2 sc, dec) x 4 (12)

Stuff again

Crown Shaping (Final Round):

*ch 3, sl st in same st, sl st next* – repeat around (makes 6 spikes)

Finishing: Fasten off and weave in yarn tail. Shape crown with your fingers. This finishes the Queen’s elegant head.
